Data

Genetic data
  • Drepanotrema depressissimum microsatellite genotypes
Description: genetic and ecological data from Lamy et al. (2013) Mol Ecol. Data also available on DRYAD.
               - GenAlEx and genepop files
               - Rmes file (Rmes estimates unbiased selfing rates from population genetic data).
               - Site file. Habitat characteristics of the 32 sites where Drepanotrema depressissimum has been sampled. "Si", "V", "C", "St" and "G" are the five habitat characteristics used in the study (see Lamy et al. 2013 Mol Ecol from more details). "SR", "SR_Pulmonates" and "SR_Caenogastropods" are long-term estimations of total species richness, Pulmonate species richness, and Caenogastropod species richness respectively.

  • Aplexa marmorata microsatellite genotypes
Description: genetic and ecological data from Lamy et al. (2013) Mol Ecol. Data also available on DRYAD.

Scripts

  • Metapopulation models for species with cryptic life stages (see Lamy et al. 2013 Am Nat)
Description: models run with WinBUGS and are called from R using the package R2WinBUGS.
               - Model [1], [2], [3] and [4]. R script to run these models.
               - Model with environmental variable selection. R script to run this model.

               - Data file. Data also available on DRYAD.

  • R function to decompose a species-genetic diversity correlation (SGDC) into the contribution of different variables (See Lamy et al. 2013 Mol Ecol and Lamy et al. Oikos in press)
Description: this method decomposes the covariance between species diversity (SD) and genetic diversity (GD) to identify the contributions of different habitat characteristics to the SGDC. [Download]
